Prime-Clusters And The Founding Of America
I define a numerical representation as a prime-cluster if 75% or more of its digits are prime numbers in any combination and with repetition allowed. For example, the numerical representation 1711, is a prime-cluster eventhough 1 is repeated three times. Also, the numerical representation 1871, is a prime-cluster because 75% of its digits are prime numbers. My interest here is on the numerical representation of years. Specifically, prime-cluster years constituted by any combination of the first five prime numbers and their dominance in the founding of America.

The catalysts for the American revolution were Britain's burdensome laws in its American colonies: the Stamp Act, 1765; the Townshend Act, 1767, and the Tea Act, 1773.These acts set the stage for the Boston Massacre of 1770 and the Boston Tea Party of 1773. Britain enacted several stern laws in 1774 as a result of the Boston Tea Party. The American colonies called the laws intolerable Acts and so delegates from 12 of the 13 colonies convened at the First Continental Congress in 1774. The delegates ' resolution proclaimed the rights of the colonies and sought reconcilation with Britain. By the time the Second Continental Congress covened in May 1775, the battles of Lexington and Concord had begun in April, 1775. These battles in essence were the start of the American Revolution ( 1775-1783).
By the end of 1775, the hope of the delegates of the Second Continental Congress for reconciliation with Britain was no more. They agreed on a resolution to be independent states on July 2, 1776 and the Declaration Of Independence, written mainly by Thomas Jefferson, was adopted on July 4, 1776. The Liberty Bell which was ordered in 1751, was officially rung on July 8, 1776. On Sept. 13, 1777, Congress officially announced the nature of the new flag of the United States. The Treaty Of Paris officially ended the American Revolution in 1783.

The dominance of prime-cluster years in early America continued after the war. The Constitutional Convention of 1787 produced the first Constitution of the U.S. Over 75% of the delegates were born in prime-cluster years. The first seven presidents were born in prime-clusters years, in fact the majority of the presidents were born in prime-cluster years. Also the majority of the Chief Justices.

The conjecture is that prime-clusters years influence the destiny of America more positively than non prime-cluster years.
